Owner setup guide from sign-up to a live booking website

This guide follows the current product flow: create an account, complete onboarding, choose a plan, fill in property data, add rooms, then activate your booking website.

Create your owner account

Start from the owner login page, create a new account, then verify your email so you can continue into onboarding.

Go through showcase, pricing, and payment

After verification, you will be directed into the product showcase, plan selection, and payment or activation flow based on the available setup path.

Fill in property data in the owner page

Complete your property name, slug, contact, address, description, policies, branding, and the content that will appear on your booking website.

Rooms

Add room types and pricing

Enter room types, capacity, dimensions, facilities, base prices, available units, and room images to build a sellable catalog.

Availability

Configure calendar and booking logic

For plans with the booking engine, continue with availability and pricing so guests can see rooms that are truly available.

Live

Open and share your property website

Once your slug and property content are ready, the public website can go live and start receiving direct bookings.

What to prepare before starting

  • property name and the slug you want to use
  • property description, address, contact info, and Google Maps link
  • logo, favicon, hero image, and gallery
  • room types, base prices, guest capacity, and room facilities
  • check-in, check-out, cancellation policies, and a basic FAQ
