Stayoso processes owner account data, property data, guest data, booking data, and payment data required for the booking website and operational dashboards to function.
Purpose of Use
Data is used for authentication, property management, booking processing, owner-page operations, reporting, and platform administration by super admins according to role-based access.
Access and Roles
Owners should only access data related to their own properties, while super admins access data at the platform level. This access model follows the role structure and product flow implemented in the system.
Storage and Security
Core application data is stored through the backend services and database used by Stayoso. We apply application access controls and role boundaries to reduce inappropriate access to operational data.
Policy Changes
If the product flow, the kinds of processed data, or third-party integrations change, this page should be updated so it continues to reflect actual system behavior.
