Guests open your property website, choose dates and a room, then continue to booking. For plans with the full booking engine, guests can complete reservations and online payment directly. For WhatsApp-based flows, they are still routed directly to your property without going through an OTA.
Yes. Stayoso still works if you receive bookings from WhatsApp, phone, or walk-ins. On Business and Ultimate plans, owners can also record manual bookings, deposits, settlements, and internal notes from the admin dashboard.
Owner accounts can manage more than one property. In the current implementation, multi-property support is available for Business and Ultimate, and the admin dashboard already includes a property switcher.
